Required Certifications
First Aid / CPR
Required for: Waterfront, Adventure Team, Waterski & full-time Boating Staff
Camp will pay half of the course fees for those needing certification; camp agrees to pay in full up-front and deduct half from the employee's salary.
Not required for: Camp Directors, Tribal Directors, Counselors, Assistant or Junior Counselors
Camp will provide no financial assistance for obtaining this certification. If currently certified they are entitled to a $5 per week bonus for each week they are at camp.
LGT (Lifeguard Training)
Required for: Waterfront, Adventure Team, Waterski and full-time Boating Staff

- CPR VALID FOR 1 YEAR
- LIFEGUARD TRAINING VALID FOR 3 YEARS
- WFR VALID FOR 3 YEARS (After 3 years must take a 2 day recertification class; can do this twice. Then must take whole class again.)
Staff must submit photocopies of certifications.
